Martina McBride, Sugarland and Gretchen Wilson were added Monday to the list of live performers for the upcoming "The 39th Annual CMA Awards."
The Country Music Association's annual ceremony will be broadcast live on CBS from New York's Madison Square Garden Nov. 15.
Previously announced performers include hosts Brooks & Dunn, Dierks Bentley, Big & Rich, Kenny Chesney, Sara Evans, Faith Hill, Alan Jackson, Brad Paisley, Rascal Flatts, George Strait, Keith Urban and Lee Ann Womack.
To celebrate the ceremony's move from Nashville to the Big Apple, the CMA has asked Billy Joel to present the Entertainer of the Year Award with Shania Twain.
The CMA noted numerous country artists and composers have been influenced by Joel's music and Garth Brooks scored a No. 1 country single with Joel's "Shameless" in 1991.
