Shania Twain has been crowned the 2005 CD Challenge winner, after a strong display in this years grand final.

This marks the first time that Shania has won the title, and her world wide fan base was certainly a factor in helping her to acheive this. Votes came from over fifty differant countries to give her the win.

Disapointment for Keith Urban fans, who split their vote between the two cd's that made the final, and in doing so, cost themselves the title. had they have all voted for the same album, Keith would have won by close to one hundred votes!
