Tuesday night was one of the best Gary Allan concerts I have ever been to. I can't wait for TAO to come out! He was amazing....and to hear him sing BIEH live will almost break your heart. Hope you all get to see him live soon.
You know I think it's great that he's getting such a huge fan base, but I love the small venue types!! When he is so close to you that you have to back up in order not to get sweat on you (not that I would move if he was that close to me) THAT ROCKS!! At Clear Lake in IA-we were close enough that not only could we grab his legs if we wanted-I didn't!-you could pretty much grab the guitar right out of his hands, or grab his hands, arms, mic stand...whew!
That is amazing! I hear that the venue he is playing at in Owensboro, KY in November only holds like 300 people at the most! If this is true I am so excited!! Its funny you were talking about Clear Lake, IA...my ex who I still talk to lives in Mason City...just across town from there..LOL...Glad to hear it was such a great show...how lucky to be able to grab a mic...guitar...or a hand..LOL
I promise to give a review when the show is over. Of course I will be there...bought tickets last week!! I have friends coming down from Ohio to go..hopefully...if not I know someone will go. I am so excited about this show....I mean 300 people....and it is just general admission of course.....so we are going down the night before and will camp out all day if we have too..LOL

There is a new question on there asking who we would like to see sponsor gary on tour. asked like, liquor company, retail store chain, music store, etc - the one in the lead was a liquor company. Im thinking possibly if this is a for real question and if changes are coming to his concerts/tour for next year.

The liquor company is still ahead. You know, Gary's out on the road every year, why would they all of a sudden consider it a tour?
