speculation over her love life, after she was spotted on a date with Australian country star Keith Urban.
On Sunday, the Oscar-winning actress, 38, and Urban, 37, were seen riding a motorcycle together in rural Woodstock, New York, before enjoying lunch at natural foods restaurant Elijah's Café.
The pair met in January at a Los Angeles gala dinner honouring noted Australians.
While Kidman's day out with Urban has sparked talk of a romance, her representative insists: "They are friends, and no, they are not dating."
Just last week it had been announced that Urban and his model girlfriend Niki Taylor had gone their separate ways.
radio reports here today have talked up the rumour that the two are dating.....i guess only time well tell
rumored last week that he and nikki called it quits?? I thought they split sometime last year?? I thought they made a good looking couple. He and kidman...umm not sure

I liked the 2 of them together - tom and nicole. I dont think he and whats her name mesh very well..imo... found this article on a local station web site - now that the denial is out, i give it 6 months before its announced offically that they are either dating or getting married.

Hollywood actress Nicole Kidman has denied reports that she's dating after being spotted riding on Australian country singer Keith Urban's motorcycle.
The star first met Urban at a dinner honoring Australians in Los Angeles in January.
Urban is currently touring with Renee Zellweger's husband Kenny Chesney.
