this week, the Top 40 has seen someone cheating, by voting something like 200 times so far this week! We have stopped the chart voting early this week, and have tracked all of the illegal votes cast, so be assured, this weeks chart won't be compromised!
Just a reminder that you can only vote once per week on the Top 40 chart
If it happens again next week, the single that they are cheating for, will be automatically placed outside the Top 40
the cheat has returned again, added over 200 votes for their single again this morning..........we've penalised the single by awarding it "one week below 40". Once again, we've fixed up the chart voting back to where it was before they started cheating..........if it happens again, te single will be penalised again

Why can't you fix it so there is only one vote per viewer / member?
unfortunately there are programs available that can get past the security on the polls....can't do anything to stop it, even though we know when it is happening, and who is doing it, just have to manage it manually unfortunately......having said that, it's very rare that it happens anyways
