I love all four songs! I cant choose just one, but I guess I'll have to settle on "Paper Angles" because it has had such an impact on so many childrens lives!
Oh boy....that's hard but, I went with "Paper Angels"...very special song. Jimmy Wayne did so much this past Holiday season to improve the lives of so many children. He campaigned all across the country to help raise money for such charities as the Salvation Army and Toys For Tots. He did everything from performing at benefits to staying up on a roof until 9400 toys were collected. I love this song but, I love the spirit of this song even more. It will be a song that we hear year after year after year. It's a shame it is viewed as a "Holiday" song because there is more in there about missing children and abused children. Yep, "Paper Angels" gets my vote!
I voted for 'Stay Gone' because without this song I would have never become a country music fan. The hauntingly beautiful voice, incredible song writing, and the sensational video totally tantalized my mind. And I had to follow this song and this artist in order to know the uniqueness of this very talented artist. Then he comes out with the very heartfelt, meaningful, and inspirational song 'I Love You This Much'. This song captured by heart and reminded me of the love that Jesus Christ has for all of us. Here again, I said, WOW, this artist knows how to get to the heart. He did not make a video for the gorgeous love song 'You Are" (could have been a beautiful video), but this is a phenomenal love song. It says all the words that we would like to hear from our soul-mates. I guess the last but certainly not least inspiring song 'Paper Angels' is the one that actually opened my eyes and my heart to the needs of all the hopeless children of the world. It has brought awareness to so many people of the needy children, the abused chidlren, and the missing children. I also am saddened that it is being treated as a "Holiday Song", when in fact, we should be aware of what is going on in the lives of children on a daily basis throughout the year. We need to be there to help bring sunshine and hope to their lives whenever they are struggling in their young lives and feel so hopeless. WOW! WHAT A SOULFUL TALENT this guy is!
I went for "Stay Gone". You know, my other half always asks me why do i like that song? Am i leaving her? lol I just love the story behind it, and I guess it's the kind of melody that goes into your soul
Funny you say that about "Stay Gone". There was a couple in my hometown who used that song as their first dance at their wedding dance. I thought that was kind of odd, but who knows, maybe there is a story behind it for them too.

On the CD, I like Stay Gone and You Are the most. Stay Gone was my anthem when I was letting go of a very unhealthy relationship after ten years of going back and forth. Jimmy sang my life story...
But when performing live, I really enjoy watching Jimmy singing Sara Smile and watching him rock out to Trespassin'! Jimmy is so comfortable onstage, and his shows are engrossing!

I guess Jimmy giving us the choice of many favorite songs should be a good thing, right?!
