Joe Nichols has broken a three week run by Keith Urban to land at the top of this weeks ChartCountry Top 40, giving him his fourth CC number one.

Joe's previous hits have all spent just the one week at the top, being; The Impossible, Brokenheartsville, and Tequilla Makes Her Clothes Fall Off.

Gary Allan, helped along by a surge in email votes, moves to the number two slot this week. Gary is also in search of his fourth number one.

Keith Urban drops to three this week, after a triple at the top, with Blake Shelton remaining at number four for the second straight week.
