I agree, but I am a HUGE Tracy Lawrence fan. All his songs are great to me. "If I Don't Make It Back" is true country, and touches so many hearts during this heartbreaking time of war. Telling the feelings of a young man about to go and serve his country, and knowing he might not come home alive. It just tears your heart out! I get chills everytime I listen to it. I say a prayer for all the service men and women and their families, who sacrifice it all for us to be free!! God Bless.
It is a song that speaks for many generations who have loved and lost Military family. It takes me back to !968 &1969. Wait until you get a chance to hear it live.

I just wanted to let someone know that I am a country music DJ in Meridian MS and I had the honor of playing the new song from Tracy today and I have never sat in the studio and cried that much before. I want everyone to know that this industry needs more music like this and Tracy should be applauded for the great song. This song will be at the top of the chart very soon and I give it my stamp of approval.
I also joined the fan club this afternoon and I am honored to say that I am a part of the Tracy Lawerence fan club and I want to let know someone out there that knows Tracy to let him know that everyone in Meridian loves the new album and he is welcome anytime in Meridian and at 97WOKK.

Rosie, it is a great song. All his Fans are hoping that it will go to Number 1 in Australia, Canada and the USA on all the Billboards and R & R Charts. They are having some difficulty in getting it played at a lot of stations in the USA and some in Canada. Apparently something to do with the Label holding things back for some reason. Do you know anything about this Mike? Rosie, you are a Newbie and may not know that Mike runs Chartcountry and may know what is going on with this song, which is getting rave reviews by everyone wherever it is heard in the world up to this point in time.

no, i can't help you there. As for ChartCountry, we just play good country music on air.
as for the chart, and new entries, stay tuned for some new news on how you can get singles you like onto the new entries list, which we will announce in the new year. No one has a clue what's going on with that. They said they loved the song and do want to play it, but until they have a more acturate reading on his label then they can't."
