Top dog city, for those who dont know, is a site just for fun pretty much.                           

We "build" buildings for our fav actors or artists. Each level has 137 bricks, once that level is finished another wall is started. Each month your allowed to add one brick PER email address (if you have 100 emails, you can add 100 bricks)  You can add bricks to as many buildings as you want ~ the building that has the most bricks at the end of the wall building period (runs offically June to March) will have its fans crowned the worlds best fans. 

I have nominated Chart Country for a wall - please send an email to bricks@topdogcity.com  in the SUBJECT line just put in CHART COUNTRY - thats it, anything else will not be taken. In the MSG part - put what you want your msg to say - up to 25 characters.Once we have 10 nominations they will get the wall and we can begin to build.
