I'm with you Mike-8:30 to 5pm Monday thru Friday.  Worked the night shifts at one time-NEVER AGAIN!

I did as well,, used to work split shifts, wednesday to sunday.......not for me anymore, thats for sure

I used to work 2nd shift in a factory, bout 5 years. Didnt mind it til I had kids. Took time off of work after the kids came along - been on this job almost 7 yrs - started out working afternoons for only 4 hours. I now work 5-11p  which i really like. Kids are older and self dependant - most of the times.  but i work from home so it is not a big deal for me.
