I did. He opened for Keith at his fan club party last year. He was great, just him and his guitar. I also saw him with his band at the Riverfront Park during Fan Fair. I have his CD and love it. He's a great songwriter!

All I can say is each show was amazing! Jimmy is great with and with out his band! He puts on a spectacular show; the best part is he shares so many stories! Each and every concert is an amazing experience and if you’ve seen him once you’ll be hooked!
I like the songs i have heard, have not bought the cd though. are all his songs slow or are there upbeat ones on the cd?
Dizzy,
I'm sure if you bought his CD you would love it! There are a couple of upbeat songs on it and they are great, but I have to say I love the whole CD. Cant wait for the new one to come out its suppose to be a have more upbeat songs!

I've been wondering that myself. Thanks for the info Natalie!
Well I went to his website and was able to listen to bits of each song off his first cd. I liked what I heard enough to want to buy the cd. I had totally forgotten about You Are song. I love that one. Love the line Intoxicated by your touch and in love with your kiss. romantic i think.
I like his quote thats on the front page : you dont get that much anymore these days
My responsibility in the past, when I was sleeping outside every night, was just to survive. My responsibility now is to stay real, stay grounded, and just tell the truth.”
Haven't seen Jimmy yet. i was planning to go this year to fan fair, but I have my graduations from Uni the first two weeks in june, so I can't go . I'm from denmark and when i'll travel to USA I'll have to stay for at least two weeks, so.....but i hope for next year..
I've only had the chance to see Jimmy in concert once, but will see him again in July! I can't wait. He puts on such an amazing show, with his songs and stories behind the songs. You just can't help but get drawn in! He has a way of connecting with people, all kinds of people. He's a truely amazing artist, sure to be around for many years to come.
I have had the honour of seeing Jimmy in concert four times now. I had been following his career for over a year and a half and supporting him to the best of my abilities, so he knew who I was when he got to town. I have great pics of being onstage with him at my very first Jimmy concert :o)! The second concert was an outdoors one, and I got to see more of his fun side (it was a local festival type show)... also had the words "I love you, too!" mouthed to me from him and a kiss blown to me when he saw me and my sign! The third concert was at Music Ranch here in town for a private station concert, and it was just Jimmy and his guitar... that boy has skills! And the last one, Jimmy allowed me and my children to come backstage at Sea World, Orlando to hang out with him and Rachel Proctor while he chased my kids around. I'm never disappointed by Jimmy's performances, and getting to see his offstage self is amazing, as well. This man cares DEEPLY for his fans... I urge all of you to see him live oneday yourselves!!
I have seen Jimmy in concert or heard him perform at different functions (including The Grand Ole Opry and The Ryman in Nashville) about 15 times. And I hope to see him in concert in about another week. It is true, if you ever see him perform live you will want to see him over and over. His shows are very touching, very energetic. He can have you in tears one moment and have you up and dancing the next moment. He can be so serious and then the comical side of Jimmy shows up. But Jimmy and his band put on a terrific show. I encourage you to get to one of his concerts, if possible.
For those who have not bought his CD. It is one that you will treasure always.
Ive been fortunate enough to have seen Jimmy in concert many times! He is absolutely amazing! I was at the same show as Leeann in Orlando, FL. We had so much fun back stage hanging out with Jimmy. I brought him a box of stuff from one of his fans in Australia..you should have seen him..he loves presents! LOL He still brings up FL whenever I see him! LOL
Awwww yay! He still brings up FL huh? That was an awesome show nd an even better time backstage with him. Yanno, I haven't had a chance to see him since that concert :(
Yep he still brings up. He always says.."this girl came all the way to FL just to see me" LOL I tried to tell him I did not come just for him..I had that trip planned for a year! LOL
He really is amazing in concert...sounds even more soulful that on the cd..he has a fantastic voice..his stories about his life are so touching..and he's such an inspiration...he is very appreciative of all his fans and goes out of his way for them...he is so humble and sweet....He give so much back to kids that are in situation that he was once in.. he does so many charity shows...
He has been singing his new songs at his concerts ---hopefully his cd will come out soon it should be amazing.....
I've had the opportunity to see Jimmy three times now, and I honestly think he gets better and better each time! He has so much energy, humor, honesty....and he just has a way of connecting with his fans...on and off stage!
